750 gr veal
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
750 gr potatoes
200 gr tomatoes
1 bunch fine chopped parsley
HOW TO MAKE IT
Cut the meat into pieces and add salt & pepper.
Peel the onions and cut into 4 pieces.
Dissolve the tomato paste and paprika in a little water.
Coat a pirex with olive oil.
Put the meat into pirex, add onions and pour the mixture
of tomato paste and paprika.
Preheat the oven at 180o C and bake for 30′.
(Try to keep the meat wet with the sauce)
Peel the potatoes and cut into slices.
Wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes.
Add the potatoes and tomatoes into the meat
and bake for another 30′.
Put the fine chopped parsley over the grilled meat and serve.
