6 anchovy fillets drained from the oil, washed with lukewarm water and drained
8 tablespoons butter in room temperature
4 beef steaks
1 tablespoon olive oil
HOW TO MAKE IT
Puree the anchovy into blender.
Add the butter and mix the ingredients.
Preheat the oven’s grill. Coat every steak with olive oil,
add salt, pepper and bake the steaks as long as you prefer.
