250 gr fresh spinach
2 fresh green onions
4 slices bacon
4 tablespoons white wine vinegar
3 teaspoon sugar
HOW TO MAKE IT
Fry the bacon in a nonstick pan , until crisp.
Add vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper and stir until the sugar melts.
We are taking the pan from the heat.
In the hot mixture we add the spinach , the onions and mix almost
for 1′-2′ until wilted the spinach.
