PLATSKIS
I tasted this traditional dish and it was very good.
My friend from Poland Sylwia, cooked it for me!
Potatoes, onion, egg, flour, salt, pepper..
She fried until it takes colour and after she put it for 15′ at the oven.
She also made the same with minced meat.
