500 gr veal minced meat
50 gr oat flakes
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons oil
4 Humburger buns
2 tablespoons butter
HOW TO MAKE IT
Mix minced meat with oat flakes, ketchup, milk, mustard and the egg.
Knead well ans adds salt, pepper and oregano.
Make the burgers and grill.
Cut the onion into rings and put it over the hot burgers to soften.
Cut the buns in the midl ( horizontal ), spread with butter and grill.
Add tomato and lettuce if you like.
