2 1/2 cups strained yoghurt 1,5% fat
4 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon cleaned and finely grated ginger
2 1/2 teaspoons fresh chopped mint
finely grated pepper
HOW TO MAKE IT
Put the yoghurt in a big bowl and heat until it became fluffy.
Add the chicken broth, ginger, mint, salt, pepper and mix very well.
You can add fresh tomato cut into small cubs.
Cucumber cut into small cubs.
1 pinch cayenne pepper.
You are ready to serve.
