Appetizers: We love them and they are not missing from every festive table! They don’t take long to prepare them. And they are very tasty, trust me!

These are the beauty of our party table! Many small, yummy, finger food. Many different tastes. Every bite is a yum!

So yes! I want them! Don’t you?

These rosemary muffins are really very easy to prepare.

Rosemary is an aromatic evergreen shrub. The leaves are used as a flavoring in foods such as stuffings and roast lamb, pork, chicken and turkey. It is native to the Mediterranean and Asia, but is reasonably hardy in cool climates.

According to legend, it was draped around the Greek goddess Afrodite when she rose from the sea.

Firstly we mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

In a second bowl we heat with a mixer all the liquid ingredients.

After 2′ we add first bowl’s mixed ingredients to thesecond continuing to mix. After a while we have a smooth porridge. You don’t need more than 5′ for that.

With a spoon, you pour the porridge into papper cups. One spoonful it’s enough for every cup.

We bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for about 35′.

Now it’s time for everyone to create your appetizer as you like.

In some of them I spread cheese cream & mayonnaise.

In other pieces I add small meatballs (another finger food on table) so, I make mini burger – muffinns!

If you want to feel that taste, you will need these:

For 12 pieces

175gr flour

1tsp baking powder

1tsp baking soda

1 pinch salt

2tsp chopped rosemary

3tbs butter

1 egg

125ml milk

We put in a bowl all the dry ingredients: Flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, chopped rosemary and mix them.

In another bowl we pour milk, melted butter, eggs and whip them for 2′ with a mixer.

At the end, we add first bowl’s ingredients to second bowl and mix them all together.

We pour one spoonful in every cup of the porridge.

We bake in a  preheated oven at 180° C for about 35′.
