VEAL WITH RED SAUCE AND RICE

WE NEED
500 gr rice
1 kilo veal ( cut into pieces )
400 gr tomato paste
1 onion ( cut into small cubes )
salt
pepper
dry oregano
cinnamon
fresh parsley
3 bay leaves
100 ml olive oil

HOW TO MAKE RICE
Put 50 ml olive oil in a pan , let the oil to burn , add the rice,
mix for 2′ and add 1 liter warm water.
Boil in low heat until it has no more water ( 20′)
Put the rice into a form

HOW TO MAKE VEAL
Put 50 gr olive oil in a pan and add onions.
After put the veal and saute for 5′ to take colour.
Put the tomato paste, oregano, salt pepper, cinnamon,
fresh parsley, bay leaves and 1 liter water.
Cook in a pressure cooker for 1 hour.
