SPINACH SALAD WITH BRIE CHEESE, SESAME & PEACH

WE NEED
500 gr fresh spinach
salt
2 tablespoons sesame
200 gr brie cheese
2 peaches
3 tablespoons lemon juice
pepper
nutmeg
6 tablespoons olive oil

HOW TO MAKE IT
We put the spinach for 1′ into boiled salty water.
Strain and cut into chunks.
Roast the sesame seeds in a pan without oil for a while.
Cut the cheese into cubes.
Cut the peaches  into slices and sprinkle with a little lemon juice.
Stir in remaining lemon juice with salt, pepper, nutmeg and olive oil.
After mix everything together and serve.
