500 gr spaghetti ( boiled for 7′)
FOR THE SAUCE
1 garlic clove
75 gr bacon
1/2 sprigs of celery
2 tablespoon olive oil
400 gr minced mix meat
100 ml red wine
100 ml milk
1 teaspoon minced oregano
400 gr tomato paste
1 tablespoon sugar
50 gr freshly grated parmesan
HOW TO MAKE IT
Peel and finely chop the garlic and the onion.
Cut bacon into cubes.
Cut carrot and celery into cubes.
Put olive oil in a pan and saute bacon.
Add first the vegetables and after the minced meat.
Saute the ingredients stirring continuously.
Pour in the wine and let the sauce simmer.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add milk and let the sauce thickens.
Add the oregano, tomato paste and sugar.
Cook over low heat for almost 30′.
Put parmesan cheese and serve.
