750 gr broccoli
250 gr cauliflower
6 tablespoons white vinegar
1 pinch nutmeg
1 tablespoon honey
4 tablespoons olive oil
HOW TO MAKE IT
Wash and separate cauliflower and broccoli bouquets.
Pour cauliflower and broccoli in boiling salted water for 5′.
Strain the vegetables and keep 2 tablespoons from the broth.
Mix the broth with vinegar, salt, pepper, nutmeg and honey.
At the end add olive oil.
Put vegetables in a bowl.
Pour the marinate and let the salad in the fridge for 10′.
