Two days ago, I baked a light carrot cake, without eggs, with a vegetable sweetener (stevia).
I had some left overs and the idea of a new dessert just hit me!
So, I cut the cake into small pieces and I moisted them with milk and homemade cranberry
I whipped with a mixer 250 ml vegetable sour cream & 2,5 tbs of stevia.
At half of the whipped cream I added 1 tbs cocoa powder.
I put a layer of white whipped cream, another layer of cake pieces and I garnished on
top with cocoa whipped cream.
The dessert was ready!!!
