500 gr potatoes
5 fresh green onions
150 gr Feta cheese
1 tablespoon caper
80 gr black olives
3 tablespoons freshly chopped chives
2 tablespoons freshly chopped mint
100 ml olive oil
Juice from 1 lemon
3 tablespoons yogurt
3 tablespoons freshly chopped dill
1 teaspoon mustard
HOW TO MAKE IT
Put potatoes into boiled salty water and boil for 25′.
After put them out and let dry.
Peel potatoes and cut into pieces.
Wash and chop the onions.
Cut Feta cheese into cubes.
Put the potatoes, onions, cheese, caper, olives, chive and mint
in a bowl. Mix very well.
For dressing, mix the olive oil with lemon juice, add yogurt,
dill, mustard mix until it become like cream, add salt and pepper.
Put the dressing over potatoes.
Mix very well and serve.
