200 gr mushrooms ( your choice )
1 tablespoon olive oil
50 ml light milk
1/2 bunch chive
HOW TO MAKE
Put in a pan the oil and sautee’ the mushrooms.
Finely chop the onion and add it in the pan with mushrooms.
After heat the eggs with milk and add into the pan.
Serve the omelet with fresh light yogurt and
garnish with chive.
