125 gr prosciutto di Parma thinly sliced
1/2 bunch fresh parsley
1/2 bunch fresh basil
100 ml olive oil
50 ml vinegar
HOW TO MAKE IT
We cut the melon into slices and put it with prosciutto slices
in a plate.
Peel the tomatoes and cut into small cubes.
Finely chop the herbs.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour the marinade over the melon with prosciutto and serve.
