FRENCH TOAST WITH FRUITS

WE NEED
85 ml sour cream
5 eggs
40 gr sugar
A pinch of salt
8 bread slices
2 tablespoons butter
Fruits and syrup for garnish

HOW TO MAKE IT
Heat the eggs with sour cream, sugar and the salt.
Put bread slices into a pirex, poor cream and let it for 15′.
Turn it one time.
Melt the butter in a pan and fry the soaked slices.
Garnish with fruits and syrup that you like.
