1 package puff pastry ( 2 pieces)
200 gr Feta cheese
150 gr Gouda cheese
120 gr cooked turkey breast
HOW TO MAKE IT
We put the first piece of pastry, grate the cheeses and apply them over it.
We cut the turkey breast into pieces.
We heat 1 egg + the egg white from the second egg, we keep 1 yolk for covering.
Salt , pepper.
We put the second piece of pastry and close the edges.
With a knife we etch into squares.
We heat the second yolk and we apply with cooking brush over the pastry.
Preheat the oven to 190oC for 10′
Bake for 30′.
