BULGUR WITH GREEN BEANS

When you want to eat something without fat but with energy and taste you can choose that dish.

WE NEED
250 gr burgur
i kilo green beans
300 gr tomato paste
fresh parsley
1 onion
salt
pepper
4 tablespoons olive oil

HOW TO MAKE IT
Boil 750 gr water with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon light butter.
Put the bulgur and continue to boil in low heat for almost 20′ until
it has no more water in the pot.

In a steamer put the oil, the onion and the green beans and saute
for 10′.
Add tomato paste, parsley, salt, pepper.
Add water and close the steamer.
Cook for 45′.
