2 red sweet peppers
400 gr gnocchi
30 gr butter
250 ml milk
3 tablespoons sour cream
120 gr grated Gouda
HOW TO MAKE IT
Divide the broccoli in little chunks and cut the peppers into strips.
Put the broccoli into boiled, salty water and let it for 6′.
Melt the butter in a pan, add flour and mix.
Add sour cream and milk, salt , pepper and coriander powder.
Keep mixing until the mixture become creamy, add cheese and stir
until it melts.
Coat a pirex with butter and fill it with broccoli and gnocchi.
Apply the cream sauce over it.
Preheat the oven at 180o for 10′
Bake for 15′
