BANANA MUFFIN WITH COCONUT

WE NEED

75 gr butter
250 gr flour
2 spoons baking powder
1 spoon baking soda
1/2 spoon cinnamon
50 gr coconut
2 eggs
100 gr brown sugar
150 gr yogurt
2 bananas
caster sugar

HOW TO MAKE IT

We mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and coconut.
After we mix the eggs with sugar, melted butter and yogurt
we make banana puree
We mix all these together and put it in paper forms

Preheat the oven at 190 C for 10′
Baked for 25′
we use caster sugar and some coconut for covering

ΑPPLE MUFFINS

WE NEED
250 gr apples (Golden Delicious or Granny Smith)
2 spoons lemon juice
250 gr flour
2 spoons baking powder
1/2 spoon baking soda
1 spoon vanilla
80 ml sunflower oil
250 gr yogurt
1 egg
125 gr sugar

HOW TO MAKE IT
We cut the apples into pieces and plashed with lemon juice
Mixed flour with baking powder and baking soda
after mixed egg with sugar, vanilla, sunflower oil and aplle cubes
at the end we mix everything together
we put the mixture in paper forms

Preheat the oven at 180 C for 10′
Bake for 30′

HOMEMADE PIZZA

JUST BECAUSE WE LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!
For the pastry
500gr flour (type 00)
1 spoon olive oil
300 ml water
8 gr dried yeast
1/2 spoon salt
For the pizza
Tomato sauce
olive oil , salt , pepper , oregano
Gouda cheese
bacon
mushrooms
Feta cheese
PREPARATION FOR PASTRY
We put all the ingredients in the mixer and we mix for 10′
(We can knead with hands )
we put her in a bowl , cover with a towel and leave the pastry rest 
and doubling for 2 hours

SWEET & LIGHT

CARROT CAKE ( WITHOUT EGGS)
300 ml Orange juice
300 gr grated carrots
150 ml Sunflower oil
250 gr Brown Sugar
500 gr flour
1 spoon baking powder
1/2 spoon baking soda
1/2 spoon cinnamon

THE LADY IN RED

EDITORIAL

Good morning people.
Every Friday the same joy, years now…tomorrow is SATURDAY(!!!!!!!).
Ok, these are the expectations of a great weekend that i hope to have.
 The beaches are waiting for me , it is not right to erect.
I’ll wear my bathing suit, i’ll have depression because of the cellulite which
i’ll see in the mirror, i’ll blame the mirror and go.

P.C I’ll lie dawn in the next towel..

Καλημερα σε ολους.
Καθε Παρασκευη η ιδια χαρα,  χρονια τωρα..αυριο ειναι ΣΑΒΒΑΤΟ (!!!!!!).
Ενταξει ειναι οι προσδοκιες ενος υπεροχου Σαββατοκυριακου που περιμενω οτι θα εχω.
Οι παραλιες με περιμενουν δεν ειναι σωστο να τις στησω.
Θα φορεσω το μαγιο μου , θα παθω καταθλιψη απο την κυτταριτιδα που θα δω στον καθρεφτη,
θα κατηγορησω τον καθρεφτη και θα φυγω.

Υ.Γ Θα ειμαι αυτη στη διπλανη ξαπλωστρα..

BROCCOLI SOUFFLE

WE NEED

2 Broccoli ( boil 5′)
1 Tomato ( cut into pieces)
150 gr Feta cheese
6 slices Edam cheese
Light butter
Salt
Pepper
Oregano

HOW TO MAKE

Apply the light butter at the base of the pirex.
Put the broccoli, tomato and feta cheese into pieces ( you can do it with your hands).
After the sour cream , salt , pepper and oregano.
Cover all these with the Gouda slices.

Preheat the oven for 10′
Bake at 190 C for almost 30′

BEAUTY

The Sun give us vitamine D but also he could be very dangerous,
so please watch out with your suntan.
We need him but don’t overdo it.
Always use sun lotion with high protection.
It’s not a joke.
The sun’s smiling face there is only in fairy tales.
Don’t expose your body and face for a long time.

SPINACH PIE

WE NEED

1 Package Puff Pastry (2 pieces)
1 kilo Spinach
1 Onion
Fresh Green Onion
200 gr Feta Cheese
2 Eggs
Salt
Pepper
100 gr Olive Oil

HOW TO MAKE

We warm the pan and we put olive oil , onions (cut into pieces) salt, pepper  and the spinach.
We cook for 5’until spinach get soft.
We turn off the heat and let it cool.
We put baking paper to the griddle and we aplly the first piece of puff pastry.
We  put the 1/2 mixed spinach over it.
After we beat 1 egg and throwing over.
We cut 1/2 feta cheese in pieces and put it over.
We roll the pastry and do the same with second piece.
With a knife we sliver the top.
Preheat the oven for 10′
Bake at 180 C for almost 1/2 an hour
