Inaugurating the new section, the aim is to cover the need for daily healthy meals. Which – why not can help us lose excess pounds, while creating meals for the whole family.

The issues usually arise is that each of us has a different routine and different knowledge of cooking. So we should address each group separately.

First of all there are people who do not know basic things about cooking. So completely start from scratch. There are those who have the knowledge but not the time of preparation.

But we all have the need to eat every day. So many times this leads us to the easy and perhaps practical option of fast-food. Logical choice, considering the lack of time.

So it follows the issue of uncontrolled ingredients of our meals.
Means sugar, preservatives, fat, salt, etc.

We can not control the quality and this is not any good if we are going to give this food to children. Also on a daily basis it is not at all economical.

Would not it be ideal if both the daily meal can help your body to lose excess weight?

No need to prepare special food, no need to count calories, just wants to learn to use the right ingredients in the right way.

Moreover, the taste has nothing to do with calories. There are wonderfully tasty meals that are light.

Organization: This is the “magic» word.
Initially we should organize shopping week in such a way as to meet the needs of our meals.

This is another one version of a cheesepie, among others.

It’s a snack, you can have it at work, at school and the most important is that it’s homemade.

They look like these you can buy from a bakery, but they have a significant difference. The dough has only a bit of butter and the cheese is pure greek feta.

Every day is a day for a choco stuffed tsoureki!

The old days, people made it for Christmas, New Year’s & Easter holidays.

There are many local varieties of these festive bread in Greece, based on milk, flour, eggs, sugar, yeast, butter, and a flavoring which can be mahlep & mastic powder. A good tsoureki should be soft, moist and fluffy, yet stringy and chewy.

Tsoureki may be eaten at any time of year, often for breakfast, but it is also associated with several holidays.

Also there many bakeries that they compete for the best made tsoureki in town. They have many customers every day that they are fond of it. What can I say, it’s a celebrity!

Of course many other countries and cultures have this festive bread.

So yes, this recipe is a big deal! And I want to share this version with you!

Another beloved dish is pasta! It’s amazing how quick and easy this recipe is! How many times I order it, from a cataloge at a trattoria? I lost counting!

But many times I need to cook it in my kitchen too. Because I love the smell of fresh butter and mushrooms with fresh pepper and garlic as cooked!

I’m not doing it only for me, but also for my family and my friends. Both love it!

I miss “her», after all those days I need a piece…ok! Maybe more! We cooked, we baked all the seasonal food for Christmas and now we need to go back to normal.

My normal is, almost every Friday or Saturday night to eat pizza, always as I watch a movie!
